These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website in.olooq.com.

By accessing or using the Website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By using the Website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Account Registration

3. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

  • We make every effort to display our products, including fragrance descriptions, scent notes, and imagery, as accurately as possible. Actual scent perception can vary from person to person due to individual body chemistry, and we do not guarantee that colors or scent descriptions shown on screen will match exact real-world experience.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice. If an error is discovered after you've placed an order, we will contact you before processing it further.

4. Orders

  • Placing an order on the Website is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability).
  • An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email or SMS from us. Receipt of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities purchasable per person, per household, or per order.

5. Payments

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or banking details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Patch-test on a small area of skin before full application if you have sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies.
  • Keep products away from children, out of direct sunlight, and away from open flame.
  • OLOOQ is not liable for any adverse reaction resulting from misuse, an undisclosed allergy, or use inconsistent with the product label and instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including the OLOOQ name, logo, product names (Kaal, Kaya, Neer, Rakh, Apsara, Moh, Tej, Leela, Wish), packaging design, photography, videos, and written content, is the property of [Legal Entity Name] or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark law.
